Does Kikker work integrated with my ERP system?

Exactly. We integrate it with the ERP, create the necessary automations so that we can search for sell-in data every day, process the data inside our servers with our algorithms and machine learning in addition to all the indicators, we return suggestions for purchase, distribution, production, continuous improvement actions, we return this information enriched with dashboards, insights and action plans.

Do I need to buy a server, hire a datacenter or some kind of infrastructure?
It is not necessary. To use Kikker you just need to have an ERP system and a perfectly functioning internet. Our data is all processed in the cloud and the responsibility for processing and purchasing servers rests entirely with us.
My system now gives me a suggestion for purchase orders, why would I need Kikker?
The solutions we have today for retail are great and deliver a wealth of information, however, the vast majority rely on orders calculated based on average and maximum and minimum, which represent several risks for the business and encourage losses due to disruptions and excesses. Kikker is the only tool on the market that uses artificial intelligence, in addition to considering in the calculations all the business rules inherent to retail to deliver the best purchase, supply and production suggestion with the greatest assertiveness.
Is Kikker a BI?

No, definitely not. Although we have some similarities, mainly in appearance, we cannot call Kikker BI, as BI is a passive tool that depends on the inclusion of information and only helps with analysis. Kikker is a proactive tool that feeds back and in addition to providing analysis, it also automatically creates action plans to resolve pain and deliver the best results.

I don't have IT staff or my IT is too busy. Is there a way to deploy Kikker anyway?

Yes he has. We have a team focused exclusively on integration and deployment. All the technical and heavy part will be done by our team. The retail side will only allow access, send reports and validate information.

Which areas are affected by Kikker?
Kikker data affects the entire company. However, the areas with the greatest effectiveness of use and in which Kikker makes a greater transformation are the areas of purchasing, logistics, supply chain, controlling, operational, management and IT.
